The intention with this Summit is to bring people together, help the community expand their skills, connect with one another, and help artists grow their businesses. We are excited to bring something so valuable to everyone in the community regardless of their financial situation, and your sponsorship allows us to do that! You may also be pleased to know that 30% of all our profits go straight to a non-profit organization that supports environmental causes by planting trees around the globe!
In summary, there are three levels of Sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, Silver.
The Platinum level: (claimed; unavailable).
The Gold level: Session/Class Paid Sponsorship (up to three) and Giveaway Item(s).
The Silver level: Giveaway Item(s) only.
Session/Class refers to all individual events (ie. all masterclasses, interviews, speakers, panel discussions, community chat sessions, business classes, etc…)

Platinum Level SPONSORSHIP:
This level has been claimed.
Gold LEVEL Sponsorship (Class Sponsor + Giveaway)
We are limiting all classes to one sponsor per class/session. Reserving specific classes was on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. You may sponsor up to three classes.
Gold Level Sponsors are to include giveaway item(s) for each sponsored class. The giveaway item(s) will provide us an opportunity to share information about your company and what you offer. The Sponsor’s Business Name, a brief overview of Sponsor, and the giveaway item(s) will be announced at the beginning of the sponsored class.
Winners’ shipping information will be provided to the Sponsor after the Summit. Sponsor will be responsible for all shipping costs. Within the Gold Sponsorship agreement form, you will have the option to limit where item can be shipped.
Within the Gold Sponsorship agreement form, you will also have the option to provide additional giveaway item(s) to be given out during the Welcome Session and the Event Closing Party.
We recommend providing a coupon code for attendees.
What Gold level Sponsorship includes:
Name as Sponsor of Class: Will appear in class description and on schedule of events (example: Introduction to Wood Burning - Sponsored by Your Company Name)
Logo in List of Sponsors: Clickable logo to appear on event landing pages.
Links to Sponsor Website: Sponsor profile, attached to logo on Sponsor page, and anywhere else we can fit it!
Products in Summit Community Shop: As a Gold Sponsor, you have the ability to add up to 5 items for sale in the Summit Shop, which will be accessible to all attendees.
Name and/or Logo on Promotional Materials: Promoting/marketing will take place on the following platforms: Facebook, Facebook Pyro Groups, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, woodburncorner.com, Twitter, and Burn Club emails, and the Burn Club+ group on Patreon. We will be running some paid ads on some of those platforms. To make the reach even greater, we are also going to have affiliates to help promote the event. The affiliates will be pyrographers, presenters, speakers, and Sponsors who will be participating in the event.
Name of Sponsor on Recordings of Classes Sponsored: Recordings will be sold after the event indefinitely, excluding the keynote speaker presentation, which is not being recorded. WBC will continue to promote the recordings.
Sponsor Affiliate Link: As a Sponsor, you will receive information to become an affiliate for the sale of recordings of the Event. As an affiliate you will receive 50% of any recording purchases made through your link. This will help offset your sponsorship as well as encourage Sponsors to promote the event.

First, select and pay for what you would like to Sponsor (maximum 3 classes).
Next, fill out the Gold Sponsor Agreement Form via the button below. The form is where you will upload company logo, images, products for the shop, and links.
